Dr. Cristina Canal, Invited Speaker at ICAPT-7: 7th International Conference on Advanced Plasma Technologies

Dr. Cristina Canal, Scientifc Coordinator of APACHE and member of the BBT research group, attended the 7th International Conference on Advanced Plasma Technologies (ICAPT-7) in Hue (Vietnam) as an Invited Speacher.

Scientifc Coordinator of APACHE and Ramon y Cajal Fellow at BBT research group, Dr. Cristina Canal, was an Invited Speacher the 7th International Conference on Advanced Plasma Technologies (ICAPT-7), held in Hue (Vietnam)  from February 24th to March 1st, 2019.

During her attendance to the conference, she gave an invited talk derived from the research carried on thanks to the support and funding  received from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement n° 714793). 

Dr. Canal talked about "Biocompatible vehicles for RONS generated by atmospheric plasmas in liquids" on ICAPT-7, an excellent forum for presentation and discussion of new achievements in the following topics:

  2. Characterization and modelling
  3. Plasma-surface interactions
  4. Plasma technologies in traditional industries
  5. Plasma technologies in biology, medicine and stomatology
