Ines Hamouda awarded for Best Oral Presentation at SIBB2017

PhD at the BBT Ines Hamouda,awarded with the 1st Price for Oral Presentations at the XL Congreso de la Sociedad Ibérica de Biomecánica y Biomateriales (SIBB2017), held in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Spain) on the 10th & 11th of November, 2017.

The PhD student received the price for her work "Liquids treated by atmospheric pressure plasma jet for bone cancer therapy", I. Hamouda, J. Guillem-Marti, M.P Ginebra, C. Canal.

Ines Hamouda is a PhD student in her 1st year of Grant associated to the project "Atmospheric Pressure plAsma meets biomaterials for bone Cancer HEaling (APACHE)", una Beca Starting Grant de l’European Research Council (ERC), for the realization of her PhD thesis in "Synthesis and characterisation of hydrogels and atmospheric plasma pressure treatments on liquids for bone cancer therapy", under the supervision of Dr. Cristina Canal.
